Alice Tibaldi Chiesa

Graduated in Economics at Università Cattolica in Milan,  Alice worked for over twenty years in several  international organisations primarily dealing in human resources area, Club Méditerranée in various countries, CF Gomma Fiat Group, Adecco and SAI Fondiaria in Italy.

In 2010 with some partners she  founded Improving, a consulting firm focused in human resources, development and strategy area projects.

She is currently living between London and Franciacorta.

In Venice, she has been lately developing projects aiming at the re-organization of two important historical structures.

Alice’s grandmother, Mary Tibaldi Chiesa, who wrote musicians’ biographies as well as several books for children, Alice has inherited special touch for art and music.
